Forgo-ed our deposit for the 4-room we purchased a few days back and decided to get a 5-room instead. Felt tht for its size and deco, it was rly worth its price of $362k. (Only $12k more than the 4-room!)

Down-ed the deposit for this unit but OTP not signed yet cos we only managed to view it at 9+ last night.

Hope the current owner doesnt go back on his word!

It's not a mirror by the way. It's a piece of glass in the middle of the wall that looks into the Common Bedroom. Makes the hse looks bigger & brighter! Love it!
